Our romantic escape was truly unforgettable! The staff was very warm and welcoming, from the moment we arrived until our departure. They offered us a complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival, and daily breakfast was included. The location was fantastic, just steps away from the main shopping street and theaters. We also loved the cozy atmosphere in the lobby and bar area, perfect for a nightcap.
The room was a bit small and didn't have much natural light, which made it feel a tad cramped. The bathroom was modern and clean, but quite small as well.

Great service, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. the location is also fantastic and made it easy to get around the city. the room had a minibar with complementary drinks, and the bathroom amenities were top-quality.
The breakfast was not included in the room rate, and it was quite expensive for what was offered.

tottenham court road tube station was within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. we were so impressed with terrific service that we will be back.

As a woman traveling alone, I was ecstatic to find a hotel that was close to everything but away from the maddening crowd. the location is perfect, being close to the theater district and within walking distance of the top 10 bars in the world. the service at this hotel is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the rooms are stunning, with spotless cleanliness and luxurious amenities in the bathroom. the breakfast options are delectable and the views from the room are breathtaking.
The lack of attention to detail in certain areas was disappointing.
